Spent another fantastic afternoon with the talent from our Young Leaders Program cohort in Dubai, and as usual, they brought energy, ideas, and a hunger to learn more.
There were questions about leadership, about facing the realities of current economic headwinds, and what’s next for our industry. But one theme that stayed with me was our discussion on the art of self-awareness.
Leadership begins with introspection. When you realize no one knows you better than you, that’s when growth starts. The courage to reflect and introspect is what makes a leader.
