This year’s theme for International Youth Day is “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations” and that’s our Young Leaders Program 2025 cohort in a nutshell.
They walked in from completely different backgrounds, life stages, starting points, and different stories. But put them in a room together, and the same thing kept showing up: a real hunger to lead well and think in terms of solutions.
That’s what young talent at EFS looks like. Not the differences. The shared drive underneath them.
So, for this cohort, the message I gave you at graduation still stands: lock in your values and convictions. Unlock your potential to learn, adapt, and grow.
On a day like today, I am even more convinced that investing in young talent is one of the best bets an organisation can make.
